When it comes to keyboards, I really like the chiclet keyboards of the G4 Powerbooks.

Aside from that, the early Mac 2 keyboards.  

Someday I will get my Mac Plus going so I can have that nice hollow "clung clung clung" sound as I type.  :)   Not a good keyboard, but the early days of the Mac had some distinct sounds.
