Why do we put up with Apple and their half work?

E-Mates time after time CONFIRMED will eventually have the hindge pop  
and kill a wire.

OS 10.4 CONFIRMED does not work with built in modems.

I remember with the Performa 550 Apple was called to account for the  
"Can be upgraded to Power PC" promise.  Granted, their answer to the  
problem still cost a pretty penny.

I think Apple should be called to account for their FAILURES (the two  
I mentioned above for starters) yet again.
