[NTLK] Help need to power an eMate

Help!

I need to charge an eMate 300.

My new unit has NiMh AA rechargablies.

I do not have a Newton charger, so I have to use
a universal AC adapter.

First question - how many volts?
7.5 volts?

Next question - how many mA?
I have 2 adapters
one says 600mA
one says 1300mA

Last question
Is the tip polarity
positive
or negitive?

is get a "real" Newton adapter.
