Aha. I never thought about that. I had a few somethings installed when
I did my test..... Probably all of MI, DM, AN and TimeTraxx. hm...

So, is it possible to use these things? Or does the Newton keep
rebooting and resetting to 1995?

I remember very thoroughly what happened to me. It reboot, and then
rebooted again, and again and again. I ended up having to do a brain
wipe to stop the reboot cycle. Nasty stuff. (I've had that happen on
my Treo and Tungsten also, and it is very depressing to watch
everything go poof...)
