I'm not sure you're supposed to set the port - or that you can. I use
NCX with a USB/serial dongle from notwen (shows up as an interface in
the network pane) and having the application name in the firewall rules
seems to be enough. At a guess, the firewall system checks to see what
ports the application is listening on when it opens, and opens those
ports for it.
