[NTLK] Missing Keyspan driver web site

Hi gang,
I had a few links to Keyspan's drivers to their USA serial-to-usb adapters
on my site: www.keyspan.com/downloads/homepage_pn_usa28x.spml

A reader pointed out that the site seems to be a dead-end. I checked and,
sure enough, it leads to a Tripp-Lite page. They have some of the Keyspan
products listed, but now I can't find the drive for the USA-28x adapter.

Any ideas? Did something happen to Keyspan? Did they get bought-out?
