[NTLK] [ADMIN] List stats are working once again

I'm happy to announce that the mailing list stats pages are up and
running once again.

Thanks to Victor Rehorst (the previous list dad) and Bill Shamam (our
behind the scenes server dood) for helping me troubleshoot the
problem. It turns out that a certain Perl module was missing after the
last server update.

Take a look at the stats pages (freshly preened and noodled) and let
me know what you think.
