These sightings of Newts 'in the wild' (love that phrase) are so rare
they might as well be folk lore. We may have to seriously think about
raising the profile.

The cool and relatively subtle method would of course be the newly
promised T-shirts (I'll take one please G!).

Other less palatable suggestions are:

1) wearing a see-through newton bag clipped around the waist with the
Newt inside and a bright sticker saying 'Look here' - a serious No No.
2) placing a Newtontalk.net flag on top of our house - Again this would
be seriously bad form. (but no uglier than a satellite dish).
3) promulgating a myth or legend about a mysterious man who only wears
green and who is spotted in various locations around the world happily
reading pdfs and surfing the web in colour on an MP120.
4) adopting a special newtontalk.net walk, handshake or other behaviour
recognisable by Newton enthusiasts.
5) arranging (through our special contacts) for Mr Obama to publicly
drop his blackberry, say 'oh bugger I new that'd never last', pull out a
trusty MP2100 and continue to the next engagement.
6) if Naomi Cambell // <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naomi_Campbell>were
to throw one at a reporter.

There again we could just be cool with the low profile (there's lots to
be said for that).

Al the best.

Andy
