I have a pretty good idea of what I use on my Newton every day because
my habits haven't changed in a while:

AlarmClock by Adam Tow <http://www.tow.com/software/newton.shtml>
- Wakes me up every weekday morning

Dates
- This is my primary calendar and to-do list

IC/VC & Blunt by Eckhart Köppen <http://40hz.org/>
- Blunt is used to transfer files to/from my MacBook Air via Bluetooth
using a PICO Card
- IC/VC is used to transfer iCal files and the occasional vCard
to/from my MacBook Air via Blunt et al

Bills To Pay 3.5 by MAR Software
<http://www.unna.org/view.php?/applications/financial/BillstoPay3.5>
- Used to track and manage the bills I have to pay and enter paid
bills into PocketMoney

PocketMoney 3.0.5 by Catamount Software
<http://www.catamount.com/NewtonApps/PocketMoney3.html>
- Used to track my finances
- As mentioned above, Bills To Pay inserts bill payments into PocketMoney for me

Books
- I'm currently re-reading J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy
<http://newton.tek-ed.com/lotr> and keep a few other book on there

Notes
- I really don't use this very frequently, usually only to scribble
down a few lines of action items during a meeting

Names
- I use this even less frequently, usually this data is added to via
Dates when setting meeting attendees and locations.
