Thanks James. I was pretty sure it was never released, which is a shame. Although, Sonny probably has the manuscript ;)

At present, I seem to be writing a book of sorts on the Newton. I don't want to call it a book though, because it is meant for Newton Knowledge, as well as to distribute via PDF. But on the weekends, as it gets larger, it may end up being a hybrid book/manual.
