Min. system requirements for NCU I think is OS 7. Revelar may work with OS 7, but likes a minimum of 7.1.

I have both OS X and Linux on my Macbook Pro. Intel obviously.
Incidentally, I also have a classic mac (1 bit graphics!) running System
7. Maybe I will give it new life...
