Well, Apple has already asked for the phone back from Gizmodo, and the
guy who dropped it seems to be in trouble--at least he sounded to the
folks at Giz to be nervous enough. I think it's legit. The real
question is, is the hardware, i.e. the shape, etc. final or just for
ease of access to the innards? Since he was a software engineer on the
cell-side, I have doubts that his phone looked like a final.
