[NTLK] Anyone Interested in Making GPS Maps (was Anyone interested in seeing possibly a Newton/GPS?)

Hi there!

Very interesting. 

What are now out there for GPS-Devices? (Cards? Or other hardware things?) Which one could still be achieved "new".

I would suggest open street map. 

But first of all I do not know anything about how to do a map for a newt. 
Could you perhaps be so kind to give me a hind?
