[NTLK] Software with new Newton Manual

In Ryan's new Newton Manual, I read:

"Included with this book should have been the Newton Essential  
Collection folder, which contains all of the best, necessary Newton  
software, and then some4."

(The 4 is an annotation indicator, I believe, but I am unable to find  
any notes.)

I have downloaded the manual from

and get only the PDF itself, no "Newton Essential Collection" folder.

Is there anywhere this folder can be found for downloading?
