[NTLK] Install ROM (MP 2100)

Hi,

A friend gave me his MP 2100 because it was supposed to be dead.
However, I can see some signs of life.
My first guess is ROM must be damaged because everything seems fine on the hardware side.
Can I take a MP 2000 or MP 2100 ROM and send it back to the ill MP 2100 ?
If so, how do I proceed ?
I know how to extract ROM with ROM Dumper, but don't know how to send it into the Newton.
