[NTLK] Install ROM (MP 2100)

With the 2x00 series the ROM boards are the same for each language,  
English German etc., and can be swapped without losing data.  Swapping  
from a different device such as eMate 300 or a different language will  
result in erasing all system patches.
If you have another 2x00 device, try swapping to see if your theory is  
correct.
