[NTLK] Location and content of eMate ribbon cable pages have changed

Hi gang,

the content of the emate ribbon cable review page had to be changed in a way that will make you want
to read it again. It has also been renamed and moved, so you might want to update your bookmarks.
The old addresses will forward you automatically if you insist on using them :-)
