[NTLK] Strange Behaviors...

I posted under a separate subject, but it looks like what I'm seeing is the same as others are reporting in this thread.

On my unpatched UMP2000 and eMate, if I set the date to December 31, 2009 and hit the reset button the system comes back up with the date as I left it. If the date is set to January 1, 2010 and reset, my calendar is reset to July 8, 1996.

Is it safe to assume there's a 2010 issue other than the one we've known about all along (which as far as I understand it doesn't hit until January 5th)?
