The 120 is a good, portable, throw away Newton.

That is to say, if you are going into conditions that are not the best, but you want to use a Newton, the 120 is your man.   Slower speed, no backlight, but capable, good note taking, basic games, and if it breaks, easily (relative to the 2000 or 2100) replaceable.

Plays a good game of solitare Deluxe too.

And naturally when it comes to the 120, make sure to check if it is a OS 1 or OS 2 Newton 120.
