IMO,

The 120 is a lot more portable. I get stares whenever I carry the
eMate around. Your best bet is a 130, unless you carry around a
flashlight at night...

Naturally I have a soft spot for the 110, but that is only because it was my first Newton.  And that rubberized feel that the later Newton's didn't have.
