Does/did anyone else?

My father's mom was in charge of the food, but after Grandfather died my
parents took over hosting it. Grandma would cook and bake (she refused all
help) and at the appropriate time my father would load the food (and Baba)
into the car and drive her to our house.

The bad news is my mom never learned to make most of the foods, and once my
Grandmother became too ill to cook it all, we had to do without most of it.
I'd give my eye teeth to have some of Baba's kutia -- and all the rest!
I've tried to put together at least some of the foods myself from time to
time, but some of them are just impossible, and since I've moved away from
my hometown I'm no longer near other Ukrainians so I can't get the stuff I
need. So now I celebrate "symbolically" and have to do without my
traditional Svyat Vecher. :-(

Shalom.
