[NTLK] [ADMIN] List Archive Availability

Hello listfolk.

There seems to be a bit of continuing confusion surrounding the  
availability of the NewtonTalk mailing list archives. I thought I  
should probably clarify a couple of things.

* The historical archives on the NewtonTalk web site are temporarily  
unavailable. This includes all archives and digests posted up until  
the list move, and dating back to 1999. (That's pre-Planet Newton,  
even.)

* Searchable archives of posts made prior to the list move (July 2001  
- November 2009) are available through MARC.

* Archives for posts since the list move (November 2009 - Current) are  
available here:
