[NTLK] 2010 bug?

I installed the 2010 bug fix and can testify that it solves the original 
problem.  There are minor collateral issues which should be solved in the 
future. For example, mine reverts back to 2008 whenever I do a restart and I 
need to correct the date/time.  The 2010 data however is still valid.
