Two things of interest:

and supposedly, Apple sent a cease-and-desist letter to some journalists 
that were offering $10,000 to anyone who can prove that Apple has a 
tablet Mac. If they didn't there wouldn't be a need for the c&d, so 
Apple's shysters just confirmed that Apple does have a tablet Mac.
