Is this a known fact, or just a wish/projection?  (And if it already exists, what is the name of the app?)

I fear this is just wishful thinking, because I'm pretty sure that Microsoft bought Paragraph's handwriting recognition lock, stock, and barrel, and the chances of it being turned into a product for an Apple product are negligible.
