Keep trying/practicing, Chris. My 2100 and I can keep up taking notes in meetings in print mode. Newton is as fast as a roller ball ink pen for me. (And it is way faster than my quill and inkpot!) Plus, when I'm done, I can export my Newton notes as a text file to other computer systems.
Tip: Don't forget you can write anywhere on the page. You don't have to write in the blank space down at the bottom of the note. Sometimes the words come faster than newton can convert and scroll for me.

Subject: [NTLK] Taking notes on a 2100
I had a class last night, I tried to take notes on my MP2100. I found it difficult to write legibly with digital ink, and text mode took too long to convert. Any tips? I need to be able to take notes quickly, and keep up with my paper and pen friends :)
-Chris
