[NTLK] Problem installing Newt's Cape

Well, you were both correct.  One instance of slowdown.exe and exchanging the file for a different copy made the difference.  Sadly, I had read about slowdown.exe on Mr. Kan's blog a long time ago, and in the intervening period, completely forgotten that it may be necessary.  (I'm using my work computer, which I assumed couldn't get any slower without requiring a clockwork CPU and steam power.)At any rate, it seems to be working now!  Thank you both very much!

You might also want to try downloading Newtscape from Steve Weyer's  
website. Maybe the packages you downloaded became corrupt somehow.
