[NTLK] eBay sale of Newton freeware

Well in Germany it is, (or could be), if the money is for the software. 
If you pay for CD, thats got the software on it. So paying just for burning an making the CD, can be legal, but with the circumstances of copyright to the programmer. I do not know.
