[NTLK] NetTime and the Newton

An FYI: Some Time Servers are no longer supporting the RFC 868 protocol used by NetTime - the automatic time setting utility for the Newton. Switching to a compatible server has allowed NetTime to auto set my Newton's clock (upon network connection).

The stratum-1 server I am now using is: 

time-a.nist.gov
