The error went away, was able to connect, and moved file from Snow to MP2100, thanks!
One thing which bothers me is that I can manipulate only via NCX opened on Snow, every time I try import/etc from MP2100, Newton gets disconnected. Is this because smthng's wrong inside my MP or because of peculiarity of Snow?
Any experience/advice here?
Thanks again, friendos.
