[NTLK] 2100 Won't Turn On, Asked About Erasing All Data

There's several ways to reset a Newton...I've had what you're describing happen to me a few times. Remove all power from the machine (the batteries and the ac adapter/charger) and let it sit for a while (at least 10-15 minutes. preferably more). Afterwards it should start right up...but you will need to reset the touch screen and the date/time.
