[NTLK] Scrawl software: Chiral registration

Hello!
 
I'm not sure if anyone knows the answer to this question, but here it
is. Back in 2002, I purchased Chiral from Scrawl software via Kagi. I
received an email (which I printed and saved) from Sanjay Vakil with a
registration string of "eojpjjjha." Flash forward to 2010 where I'm in
the process of resurrecting my MessagePad 2100. I download Chiral from
unna.org and install it. I enter my registration string -- it says that
it's invalid. I try several times and variations to avoid "fat finger"
syndrome and still nothing. The string must be valid because that's what
I was sent back in 2002. Scrawl software has passed into history now -
am I out of luck? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you! :-)
