[NTLK] Scrawl Software: Chiral registration

Thanks to Doug Parker who helped me figure out the problem! Registration
strings are tied to names and I'd registered Chiral back in 2002 with my
middle name included in the name field. When I changed my name in my
MessagePad 2100, Chiral registered without a hitch. :-)
