I like Paperdesk, it isn't HWR, but I found that actually typing the
notes on the iPad in a meeting (or on a conference call) is ok, as the
other meeting participants can see what you are typing (unlike on a
laptop, which seems impersonal/rude).

Paperdesk syncs online and it allows you to add voice notes and sketches
and e-mail the notes out (it actually attaches an image to the e-mail
and includes plain text in the body of the e-mail, so you can delete the
attachment or the text in the body of the e-mail, depending on your
likings, prior to sending.

You can also show the notes to the client prior to sending them out. The
iPad is a great document sharing device.
