[NTLK] TIP - Scroll to Top / Scroll to Bottom (List Gesture)

Try it twice in succession. I did notice that the first time the gesture was performed, it seemed like a large page up / page down (no sound.) When I performed it again, it went straight to the top / bottom, followed by the Clock-tic sound.
