[NTLK] Backing up

Greetings, i have a MP2100 with IRda drivers and a WIFI card. I also have a
"big" CF card (1GB). Even tough the Newton is great, I would be more at
peace if I could have multiple backups in more than one place. The serial
connection @9600 is out of the question because it would be out of the
question. What would be the best backup practice? Is there some way by IR or
WIFI? Thanks for your help guys
