[NTLK] C64 on app store?

I thought its been up for awhile now? My understand was that it was totally closed to the user at first, you got x number of games and that's it, no direct access to the emulator to load new games/software and they even had to drop the basic interpreter that was originally in it but now they've expanded it with the relaxing of the app store restrictions and put the basic interpreter back in!!!

I just read on engadget that there is a C64 emulator now in iOS!!!
Maybe it does mean that a Newton emulator is possible???
