Thanks Josh, that is definitely not what I have either.  So it is a
likely ROM board rather than a memory module.  Apparently this is
another case of a ebay seller having no real idea what they have.  I
can't blame him too much though as he did have a photo (although didn't
show both sides I thought the company labeling might be on the other
side).  Too bad I didn't know exactly what it looked like.  It looked to
be the right socket and shape etc but I didn't realize they used the
same socket either.  Oh well I didn't pay much for it thankfully, and
always a good idea to have a spare ROM board around. :)
