A bit of misunderstanding. If you were to /completely overwrite every cell on the card/ ten times a day every day, it'd last for ages.

While data is saved automatically the saves are pretty small, and they're spread over the flash; other than weird cases like those old Cisco routers, you're not likely to ever see Flash wear out in a real-world use case.


Not that it can't happen, but it's not likely.
