[NTLK] Memory card woes

I think the hardware the program was referring to was the Toshiba laptop.  In any event, it looks like I will be returning that card.

Hmm If you can't get it to format even in a laptop, then I would say the
card is bad.  But it is odd since the one program you used said it
doesn't do 12v.  A Intel series 2 should do 12v write.
