[NTLK] NCX and screen shots

Hi all,
      Pardon my absence - I was hoping to get my ducks in a row once I got my G3 main and PRAM battery issues sorted, but as the order has been delayed because of a backorder... who would have thought that there wouldn't be a huge demand for WallStreet II main batteries?  :)

     One of the functions of my beloved 2000U I was never able to sort was how to take screenshots.  I have read that it's easy under OS 9 to do it using NTK and the Toolkit package, but that someone was having no luck doing it with NCX.  Since I'm temporarily up the creek in the OS 9 department, I shall pose this question for your consideration - is there a way to get screenshots to work through NCX?  What about the Screen Shooter package? 
      As I recall, there was some way to get screenshots but Simple Mail was needed - can it be made to work through Mail V?
