Um, not exactly.

Expanding on Frank's observations, the original Siemens NotePhone was  
indeed based on the same basic OMP/MP100 form factor, but it was not  
the same as this prototype "NotePad" or the OMP. The case is squarer  
for one. It has a different screen bezel and speaker holes. It is also  
made of grey plastic instead of the slightly rubberized deep green  
material found on most MessagePads.
