[NTLK] moving apps and source/link

Hi George

In most cases you can use overview in extras drawer and select items  
you wish to move > tap folder icon and file to selected card.
Be sure to move data Some items can be filed from the storage icon,  
but newtworks documents must be moved via the newtworks app.
