Ken says he's not interested in splitting the lot.  Either someone buys it outright or a group forms to do it.

Maybe we should start a wiki to see 1) whether there's interest to make an offer for the lot, 2) what we, as a group think is a good way to do this, and 3) whether there are volunteers either near Ken or in an area w/ greater Newton density who can house.

Looks like we have until after the holidays, although it might be easier on Ken if, once we knew what we wanted, he could just confirm that the lot would meet that need.
