Maybe WE (i.e. Newton users) are the charity!  The charitable purpose being to fund the adaptation of Newton technology to modern platforms.

If we had an incorporated society where members paid annual dues then these funds could be channeled toward UNNA, Son of J&K, Eckhart etc.  Just thinking aloud.

I only suggest the formation of a business or company for the likely tax breaks it would bring...perhaps a not-for-profit, with proceeds going to a charity or charities?
