I've been keeping a close eye on that one!

Nobody that I've read seems to have a straight answer on how it
handles your palm coming in contact with the screen while writing (as
it is also touch-sensitive, in addition to pen input).

I'm hoping they actually have a solution, but I've been disappointed
so many times by note-taking devices that stupidly can't reject
accidental contact, rendering them effectively useless as notepads
(see also: Sony e-Reader Touch Edition).
