Those second two reasons suck.
When the App Store has rejected things for dumb reasons in the past, a
popular (and effective) remedy has been to embarrass them into
reversing the decision, usually through indignant blog posts that get
press coverage and/or go viral. I'd imagine that would work well in
this case, being that it's an emulator for a discarded Apple
technology, so the irony factor is high. Maybe drop a line to Gruber
or Siracusa?
