It's a little harder to find a unit with a broken screen on a place like eBay than you might think...you'll probably have better luck finding a well-used one (you don't care about the external condition--although it would be great to find one on good shape--you just want the logic board). Before, when I was on the lookout for one of those...I wanted to find one with extras, like an original battery pack I could recell, or something like a larger flash storage card or extra ac adapter.
