[NTLK] [OT] Outlook, Configuring Entourage client

Hey communal brain.
One of the many jobs I do is manage an Exchange environment (we're still on Exchange 2003). My IT guy has a user who wants to use a Mac and he needs to connect to my Exchange environment using Entourage.
Does anybody have a canned "how-to" or a simple step-by-step method on how to do this? Note, we don't do Macs at all, so any specific Mac jargon will be met with glassy eyes!
