BTW, I used Preview in Mac OS 10.5.8 to move the PDF pages into their 
correct order.

I guess I have two strikes against me:
1- PC user.
2- Old school and enjoy killing trees...I printed the PDF for my own use and
put the pages in the order they belong. :)
(Not too many mind you, I did print double sided)
